The popular singer recently posted a photo of himself in a hospital bed, hours after announcing that he will cancel some of his upcoming UK events.The photo sparked health concerns for the idol who also posted a thank-you note for his fans with it.

Taking to the stories section of his account, the famed singer revealed that he was unexpectedly hospitalized, forcing him to cancel some of his upcoming performances scheduled for the UK. His post read, “To my fans – Thank you to all of you for your love and support now and always-been a long week and am still unexpectedly recovering. Heartbroken that I can’t see you all this week.””He continued to thank his fans for all of their love and support and added, “I wouldn’t be in the place I am today without you guys and am so thankful for your understanding. Thank you to the incredible hospital staff of Drs, nurses, cardiologist, management, admin and everyone who has helped along the way and continue to. You are all legends! Big big love.”While the singer did not specify exactly what happened to him that resulted in his hospitalization, the mention of ‘cardiologist management’ has made many fans of the star worried about his health. At the time of writing nor Zayn, or his management agency have issued any statements about what has happened.
