Tollywood star Ram Charan is gearing up for his upcoming action drama movie, ‘Peddi’ directed by Buchi Baub Sana. Recently, the makers held a grand event in Bhopal attended by music composer AR Rahman, Janhvi Kapoor and several members of the film’s cast and crew. During the celebrations, Ram Charan spent some time interacting with fans and answering their questions.During the event, the host asked him to describe some of India’s most popular cricketers in just a few words.

When asked about Sachin Tendulkar, Ram Charan said his journey has been a “long, legendary run.” Speaking about former Indian captain MS Dhoni, he called him “calm and cool.” For Rohit Sharma, the actor said, “He’s everybody’s man.” When Virat Kohli’s name came up, Ram Charan gave a one-word answer. He simply said, “Fire.” His quick responses received cheers from the crowd and many fans appreciated the way he described the players.The fun interaction took an unexpected turn when Ram Charan spoke about star fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah. While praising the cricketer, the actor accidentally mixed up cricket and football terminology.

After realizing the mistake, Ram Charan shared an apology on social media. He wrote, “Uff… I’m genuinely so forgetful with names sometimes. Apologies to Jasprit Bumrah Ji for the mix-up – it was a genuine human error in the middle of all the excitement and the crowd. I truly respect you and I am a huge fan of your game.
