‘Lenin’ actress Bhagyashri Borse recalls father losing work after her birth; ‘I saw my father ask for job to feed his daughters’

Actress Bhagyashri Borse is basking in the success of her latest release ‘Lenin’ with Telugu actor Akhil Akkineni. The actress has been gaining popularity with her last outings including ‘Kaantha’, ‘Andhra King Taluka’ and others. Coming from a simple family, she recently shared that her father lost his job soon after she was born. She also revealed the time when life became very difficult for her family.

Bhagyashri Borse shares her childhood memory

According to a report by Indian Express, Bhagyashri Borse shared a memory about her father looking for work. She said, “I’ve seen my dad request someone, ‘Please give me a job. I have two daughters.’ As a small baby, you don’t want to see your father talk like that.”Bhagyashri said that moment stayed with her for many years. She decided that she would work hard and make sure her parents never had to face such difficult times again.She said, “In my head, the only thing was this is not going to happen to my father ever again. I need to grow up and make sure his head is held this high always. It’s sad, but it’s been an inspiration to go forward in life. Whatever ambition there is inside, it’s for parents.”She also talked about the different life she used to live before the money and fame. She said, “I’ve seen a very different side of life the day I was born. My family, my parents are from a lower middle-class background. I’ve never seen stability the way we see it these days. I’ve always seen things go wrong with them. I’ve always seen them fighting to do the right thing for their children and consistently not give up. Because we come from zero.

Parents worked hard for the family

Bhagyashri Borse also mentioned how she slowly understood the value of money as she grew up. She remembered how her parents carefully planned every expense to manage the family. “You see your parents struggle and work really hard for you,” she added.

About ‘Lenin’

Speaking of her latest release, ‘Lenin’ was released in theatres on July 10. As per Sacnilk, in three days its total India gross collections comes at Rs 29.27 crore and worldwide gross collection to Rs 37.07 crore.
