The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has decided to release the AP EAPCET 2026 results only after the announcement of the Intermediate betterment and advanced supplementary examination results. According to an official notice issued on the AP EAPCET website, the result declaration has been postponed following advice from higher authorities. The decision has been taken to ensure that students who appeared for Intermediate supplementary or improvement examinations are not placed at a disadvantage during the admission process.Authorities said the move will allow updated Intermediate marks to be considered during counselling and seat allotment for professional courses.
Decision aimed at fair admissions
The delay is intended to give equal opportunities to all candidates. Many students take betterment and supplementary examinations to improve their scores and meet eligibility requirements for engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy programmes.By waiting for the Intermediate results, officials aim to ensure that the latest academic performance of students is reflected during the counselling process.
