BTS is currently on their brand-new world tour, and fans have been making their own preparations to welcome the singers with full zeal. The group is currently on its LA leg, performing at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. From May 23 to 24 and from May 27 to 28, the group is performing the four shows, and fans, especially V’s fans, have been fully prepped to welcome them.
BTS V fans set up billboards in support of the band
From May 18 to May 31, Star News reported that the singers’ fans set up around 15 billboards in support of the group all around the stadium where they are performing for these four dates, along with the area surrounding the F1 pit building, and the MGM Hotel, where they are reportedly staying.Local fans from the area have been sharing photos and videos online of the billboards and praising the fans who went out of their way to make the group feel as welcome as possible in the States. The fan bases credited for setting up the billboards include V Union, Chinese fanclub Baidu V, US fanclub ‘TAEHYUNG TUESDAY’, Malaysian fanbase BTSV_Malaysia, and ‘Worldwide_KTH,’ to name a few.Not only that, but at the stadium, ‘TAEHYUNG TUESDAY’ specifically had commemorative paving stones engraved with V’s name installed to celebrate their return to LA along with their first world tour since 2021. Similar stones were set up in different areas across the US, where the group is performing for their tour, which also included Tampa. In El Paso, seats with V’s name engraved on them were set up to commemorate their performance in the area. These were set up at the iconic Plaza Theatre.More about the tour, the group started the ‘Arirang Reunion World Tour’ earlier this year in South Korea, and are currently on their way around the setlist for their 34-city tour. The group also recently announced that they will be adding 4 tour dates to Australia’s Sydney and Melbourne in February next year.
